David has served as an expert witness in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and in Maryland Tax Court. He is a licensed real estate broker and a former member of the real estate faculty at Johns Hopkins University. Joanne Montgomery is President of Valbridge Property Advisors | Kansas City, the largest commercial real estate appraisal and consulting firm in Kansas City with 20 associates, seven MAIs, eight General Certified appraisers, and a very diverse client base. Joanne has a strong business background working in operations and management for both large companies early in her career and running her family's small business prior to joining the Kansas City office when Valbridge launched in 2013. In addition to being President of the Kansas City office, Joanne is the immediate Past President of the Valbridge Women's Council and currently serves as the Chair of the Mentorship Committee for VWC, is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and the Future Leaders Alliance. Josh Hall, MAI has been a commercial real estate appraiser since 2002. After graduating from Auburn University in 1994, Josh began a career in the appraisal business with Real Estate Appraisers, LLC.
