Brita is a Pilates instructor whose practice and teachings apply the broad principles of Pilates to help others on their quest to a greater level of physical excellence. As a former competitive gymnast, her love for sports and fitness and interest in body mechanics is what attracted her to Pilates.

Christopher Cardinal

Christopher Cardinal Kinesiologist BOOK NOW Chris is a registered Kinesiologist and a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He is passionate about helping others, improving quality of life and staying in motion! In 2019 Chris graduated from the University of Ottawa from the Human Kinetics Program. While at UOttawa. Chris volunteered as an exercise therapist for the MS Society and became practiced in working with neurological disorders and rehabilitation programming. Since graduating, he has been working with a wide variety of clients such as those with musculoskeletal injuries, car accidents (including ICBC), and chronic pain. Outside of work Chris loves playing all kinds of sports, cycling and enjoying the outdoors. He grew up playing hockey, soccer and volleyball, and can be found on the beach or in the parks playing volleyball all summer, and in the rinks in the winter. Chris also likes boxing and relaxing on the beach!

Ella Hebron

Originally from the UK, Ella recently moved to Vancouver after falling in love with Canada when completing a ski instructor's course on the east coast in 2008. Ella has an interim license as a physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia and is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, due to be fully licensed by 2022. In addition she is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in the United Kingdom. Ella has been practicing physiotherapy for over 10 years in the United Kingdom in various hospitals around London after graduating from University of Brighton in 2011. With the most recent 6 years at the Whittington Hospital London as a senior physiotherapist, part of this role included clinical education for student physiotherapists. Ella has clinical experience with clients of all ages, in intensive care rehabilitation, oncology, acute stroke and spinal cord injury rehabilitation and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. Previously having the opportunity to complete the Bobath Technique for neurological disturbances and work with physiotherapists in the leading spinal cord injury rehab centre in London. Much of Ella's experience however, lies in orthopaedic rehabilitation, including post trauma rehab, hip and knee replacement, shoulder surgery and ACL rehabilitation. Recently she has taken a special interest in pelvic health and clinical Pilates with educational opportunities due to take place in Vancouver. On relocating to Vancouver from London with her husband and dog, Ella plans to make the most of the mountains; cycling in the summer months and skiing in the winter, as well as exploring all the opportunities that Beautiful BC has to offer.

Jack Perry

Jack Perry Active Rehabilitation BOOK NOW Jack grew up in the United Kingdom and obtained a bachelor's degree in Sport Development with Coaching from the University of Northumbria. Upon completing his degree Jack worked as an ocean lifeguard in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Denmark, before he relocated to Canada in 2016 where he found a new career as a personal trainer. Over the past five years Jack has continued his education in the pursuit of offering the most up to date knowledge to his clients. Jack has additional training and specialization in the following skills: • Certified Nutrition Coach - Precision Nutrition • Certified Female Strength Training Coach - GGS • Trigger Point Release Level 1 - Trigger Point Therapy • Certified Glute Specialist - International Sport science Association (ISSA) • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach - ISSA Outside of work, you can often find Jack outdoors enjoying what BC has to offer, he has a passion for skiing In winter, surfing trips in the summer and taking his dog for hikes or to the beach.

Jennifer Chew

Jennifer Chew is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated from UBC with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Along with her physiotherapy degree, Jennifer also has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from McGill as well as a Masters of Exercise Science and Health Promotion from the California University of Pennsylvania. In addition to her clinical experience as a physiotherapist, Jennifer has more than a decades-worth of personal training experience and it was personal training that initially got her started into developing a passion for pursuing further education in rehabilitation. As an athlete from an early age, Jennifer has experience in many sports including figure skating to dance to bodybuilding to cross-country and marathon running, she believes in the body's resiliency in adaptation and recovery, hence the importance of rehabilitation instead of merely focused on rehabilitation. Jennifer uses evidence-based practice and uses her expertise in exercise, strength and conditioning in combination with manual therapy and other treatment modalities to empower her clients to return to their healthy and injury-free life. During Jennifer's free time, she enjoys going to the gym and is now learning how to ride a motorcycle! Jennifer is also fluent in Cantonese and is proficient in Mandarin.

Ranko Vukovic

Ranko is a registered physiotherapist (RPT) licensed with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He graduated from UBC in 2015 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. Prior to his physiotherapy degree, Ranko studied Kinesiology and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics from UBC. After graduating, Ranko was a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), as well as a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer. He also holds a certificate in Functional Movement Systems and uses these skills to provide movement screens for clients. During this time, he also worked as a Research Assistant for Terry Fox Labs at BC Cancer Research Centre and at the Centre for Hip Health & Musculoskeletal Research at Vancouver General Hospital. A passion for sport saw Ranko work as a Personal Trainer and Kinesiologist, creating tailored training programs for a diverse group of clients, educating and motivating them to reach their personal fitness goals. During the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, he gained valuable experience working with elite athletes volunteering as a NOC Assistant for the Serbian Olympic Team. Ranko has post-graduate training in treating jaw pain, otherwise known as TMJ and Orofacial pain. He's also a Certified CGIMS Practitioner, and has completed his training at UBC. In addition, Ranko finished his Functional Dry Needling (FDN) certification in University of Navada Las Vegas. Ranko's training also includes ShockWave Therapy, Mobilization with Movement and Kinetic Link Training. He was featured in the Top 100 Canadians Magazine for 2020. A fluent Serbian speaker, Ranko spends his free time playing basketball, swimming and bike riding during our warmer months. In the winter, you can find him skiing the slopes of beautiful BC.

Siara Kainth

Siara Kainth Kinesiologist BOOK NOW Siara is a Registered Kinesiologist and a practising member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), as well as a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. She graduated from UBC in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Kinesiologist degree. She is currently a Master's of Physiotherapy candidate and will be completing her Master's in 2022. Growing up in the lower mainland, Siara was a competitive soccer and basketball player throughout high school and went on to play for the Capilano Women's Soccer Team for the 2 years she spent there before transferring to UBC. In Siara's free time you can find her outdoors, whether it is playing sports, going on hikes or spending time with friends and family at the beach in the summer or on the slopes in the winter. She has a love for all sports and is an avid traveler.

Tim Fung

Inspired by his experiences recovering from a running injury in high school, Tim completed a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Physiotherapy Degree from the University of Sydney. Tim has extensive experience working with a wide range of individuals including youth, working professionals, recreational/semi-professional athletes and weekend warriors. He has previously worked with SFU Varsity Men's Soccer, where he attended to acute injuries and played a crucial role in the rehabilitation process. Tim has been personally mentored by some of the leading physiotherapists' in musculoskeletal, sport, orthopedic and occupation physiotherapy. Having attended multiple world conferences in Physiotherapy, he has met and discussed with world leaders in the field. Tim has additional training and specialization in the following skills: sports injury management, running injuries/running and treadmill assessments, office/workplace injury management, repetitive overuse injuries, injury prevention technique, functional reconditioning, and personalized, tailored exercise prescription. Locally raised in Vancouver, Tim grew up active with track and field and swimming from a young age. His most recent fitness goal was to complete the Vancouver Triathlon, which he participated in in summer 2019. He continues to lead a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys helping others to pursue their health and fitness goals. An avid swimmer, you can often find him at the local gym, swimming pool or rock-climbing gym. He enjoys swimming in new waters all over the world, and hopes to swim in as many lakes and oceans as possible!
