Warthen & Wilson Cattle Company started out as Wilson Angus Farms. It was founded in 1954 by Glenn and Dorothy Wilson. In 1978, Ed Warthen began working for Wilson Angus Farms, first as a ranch hand and then as manager, while at the same time growing his own operation with his wife, Brenda. In 2002, Lucky W Livestock was formed with their children, Becca and Nate. In 2012, the companies merged together to form Warthen & Wilson Cattle Company. Much has changed since then and unfortunately Dorothy has passed on to be with the Lord. We may have a different name, but the values and beliefs we have are still the same.
