Dr. Bill attended elementary, middle school, and high school in the Dallas Independent School District, and graduated in 1984 with honors from Skyline High School... In 1989, he graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in economics, and in 1996, he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from what was then Baylor College of Dentistry - now Texas A&M College of Dentistry - which makes Dr. Bill a DOUBLE Aggie!
