WNYASM sponsors multiple events per year. Major annual programs include the Spring Meeting and Microbial Pathogenesis Meeting... The Western New York Branch of the ASM was founded in 1971. The geographic region includes both the Buffalo and Rochester areas. The branch holds annual Spring and Fall meetings that provide area microbiologists the opportunity to network and gain insight across a variety of scientific disciplines.
