Anne brings 5 years of integrity, zeal and resort/golf community experience to the team! As the team lead she shows constant work ethic and hustle making the buying or selling process in a constantly changing real estate market seamless for each client. Anne is constantly working to be ahead of the game keeping her team and her clients in mind. Living in Southern UTAH she is a mom to 3 daughters and understands the importance of putting every family into the perfect home. She's continuously working for the resort builders to bring the newest, best and most innovative homes to the growing communities of Southern UTAH.
Anne grew up in north central Texas with 2 older brothers. Anne met Jesse in her home town where they were married and started a family! They enjoy raising their 3 girls in the beauty and safety of southern Utah. They started Simply Real Estate in 2019 after Anne had been a successful agent for 5 years in the area. She is excited to be a part of the new concepts coming out in the Real Estate Industry and Resort Lifestyles to Southern Utah.
I have about six years experience in Real Estate, I chose to focus on Commercial Real Estate because my background is fifteen years on yellow page experience in Southern Utah with the Local Book. I enjoy working with business owners and respect their efforts to provide local products and services. Its important to recognize the value of our local entrepreneurs providing jobs.

Hello I am Christopher Burr a Utah native I grew up in Utah county I moved to Southern Utah 6 years ago after getting my culinary arts career started. I was a Chef for 10 years and have cooked in many different states and cities I've cooked in Colorado, Chicago, Park City, and came to Saint George to open Cliffside restaurant. I made the decision to get into Real Estate so that I can open my own restaurant. I have developed many contacts in the restaurant business and thus have great commercial contacts. I have gained a great understanding of customer service and social networking. I love living in Southern Utah the environment is warm and welcoming and I look forward to developing the Real Estate market here!

Her Real Estate experience spans two decades in which she has bought, sold, renovated and managed hundreds of properties, including retail and office buildings, land and water shares, farms and industrial, and residential and vacation rentals. She brings the perspective of landlord and tenant, business owner and property manager.

She loves Southern Utah and enjoys spending her spare moments doing yoga or paddle boarding or sometimes both! She, her husband and four kids travel as much as possible, valuing the diversity of culture and landscape across this beautiful world. And on quiet evenings at home, Dawn and her husband love to discuss the idea of getting a pet.

Jesse Cooper is from Chandler Arizona, he grew up with 5 sisters and 3 brothers. Jesse's Family owns a large dairy farm where he was raised learning how to farm and be a hard worker.
Jesse has worked in the construction industry since 2002 and after receiving his real estate license in 2017 he joined Simply Real Estate. He has extensive knowledge working inside community development and new home community infrastructure.
Jesse married Anne in February of 2000 and they have 3 beautiful girls. Jesse loves to golf and explore the Southern Utah in his side by side with his family. Anne & Jesse moved to Saint George in 2012 and have loved living in the area and raising a family here. Jesse is our Golf resort guru and is an expert at finding the perfect home for every client.
Laura is a Utah native, she grew up in Salt Lake City and after graduation, she decided to spread her wings. Laura spent the next few years living in Las Vegas and traveling through the states before meeting her husband Casey in 2007. Laura and Casey then moved to St. George to raise Casey's son and then in 2017 finally had a son together.
With over 20 years in customer service, sales and marketing, Laura Jane Cooper has the experience and creativity you should expect in a Real Estate agent. Born and raised in St. George, Lincoln had the opportunity to watch, learn and grow with the community. He is very close to and loves his family of 6 siblings (3 brothers and 3 sisters). Though he wants to travel and have live in different place he will always consider St. George his home.
He studied English & Communications at Dixie State University. In pursuit of his passion for music, he finished his formal education at The Art Institute in California. He volunteered as the Director of Marketing for the local non-profit organization The St. George Opera. His desire for healthy communication lends to successful negotiations and networking.
Lorene Iverson Holdaway was born and raised in St. George, Utah. She married the love of her life, and together they have four beautiful children and 5 perfect, energetic grandchildren.
Lorene went to Dixie State University and Southern Utah University, where she earned her Master's Degree in Education. She taught in Washington County for 14 years. Lorene gained a passion for dyslexic learners as she helped her children and her students who struggle with language. She went back to school at the University of Utah Reading Center where she gained a Level 1 Certification as a Wilson Language Instructor. Lorene has a true passion to help children succeed, and she continues to tutor a few students.
Lorene was the Project Administer for her husband's Construction/Development/Real Estate Companies for 10 years. These experiences gave her valuable understanding of Real Estate, building, selling, organization, payroll, accounting and scheduling.
When not doing Real Estate, Lorene can be found hiking, skiing, enjoying the arts, and dipping her toes in the ocean with her family.
Robin grew up in Southern California. Since then, she's lived in Utah, Illinois, Texas, Canada and Honduras. All of which makes her an excellent Real Estate Agent to work with a diversity of clients….
