XIBAL GIN

Xibal Gin is a drink distilled through a Copper Still, in the presence of natural botanicals such as juniper roots, pericon, fennel, coriander, and spices such as allspice, lemon, bay leaves, cardamom and orange... In London, England, the Gin Masters has been held since 2008, a contest in which excellence in the production of alcoholic beverages is rewarded. In its 2021 edition, Gin Xibal became the winner of a gold medal.
