Butch has been in the insurance business since 1990, owning a very successful large Property and Casualty Agency. He began working with the Senior market in 2000 selling his first Long Term Care policy, and from that point, he knew that this was a market that needed more agents to help with the seniors.
Since then he has specialized in training agents to work with Seniors helping them with the decisions that they must make when they turn 65 and during the Annual Enrollment Period. Over that period of time, he has built a successful Senior Marketing Organization.
