Maria has over 20 years' broad and extensive HR experience working with a variety of large and small businesses many on repeat business. As well as being MCIPD accredited, Maria holds an MSc in Strategic HR Management from Portsmouth University. Having worked with SMEs, start-ups & and global businesses. Many of the companies that Maria has worked with have asked her to return based on her fit to their culture and results. Work life balance and well being is important to Maria. As well as having an interest in nutrition and exercise, Maria is passionate about water-skiing and helps out at her local club. Born in Guildford she now lives in Marlow with her husband and dog called Roxy.
