TFT was founded in 2008 by head coach Andrew Fisher and has since developed into one of the leading gyms in not only the North East but the UK. We are home to a host of world class professionals with competitors signed to and fighting in multiple premier MMA organisations, including the UFC, Bellator, KSW, ACA and Cage Warriors. We also have a large amateur squad who actively compete all year round. We're open six days a week, day and night, with classes covering multiple disciplines within martial arts, including MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu/Submission Grappling & Wrestling... Learn MMA and improve your fitness in a friendly environment, with classes from Monday to Saturday in boxing, kickboxing, grappling, wrestling and taekwondo, taught by experienced coaches.
