David joined the Board of Bibby Line Group as a non-executive director in 2012, and is also as a member of the audit, remuneration and nominations committees.
David is chairman of Howe Robinson Partners, a shipbroker, and a non-executive director of hibu Ltd. He is also a well-respected financier with 35 years' experience in investment banking across a wide range of sectors and countries. He is CEO of EPL Advisory (which he established). He also chairs the trustees of two defined benefit pension schemes, as well as chairing Creative Education Trust - a multi-academy trust with 17 schools. He has held senior positions at Lazard Brothers, Vodafone and JPMorgan Cazenove. David holds a first class degree in Mathematics and Philosophy from Oxford University.

Jonathan joined Bibby Line Group as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer in July 2019, before stepping up to the role of Group Managing Director in January 2021. Jonathan has strong expertise in corporate finance and strategy built up across consulting, investment banking and corporate roles in a broad range of industry sectors.
Previously, Jonathan was Chief Financial Officer for Imagination Technologies, a leading global semiconductor IP company. Prior to this, he headed up Tesco's global M&A team, was a leader in McKinsey's Corporate Finance practice working across Europe, and an investment banker at Lazard.
Jonathan holds an MA (1st Class Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Cambridge University and is married with two twin boys.

Sir Michael became Chairman of Bibby Line Group in June 2020. Prior to this Sir Michael was a Non Executive Director for two years and Managing Director of Bibby Line Group for 18 years.
This followed roles as Finance Director, then Managing Director of Bibby Line Limited - the Group's shipping division. Before this, Sir Michael spent several years at Unilever as a project accountant where he was involved in acquisitions, disposals and joint venture projects. Sir Michael also worked at Coopers & Lybrand in London where he qualified as a chartered accountant following his graduation from Oxford University in 1984.
Michael is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and holds an Honorary Doctorate of Laws from the University of Liverpool which he achieved in July 2012.
