Ajaz is our Financial Controller and has responsibility for all accounting matters from financial planning, analysis and forecasting to preparation of management accounts, P&L, cash flows and balance sheets. Ajaz has a Mathematics Degree obtained from the University of Manchester and is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant. He has over 35 years of experience in the Finance and Economic sector working for numerous SMEs. In addition to Financial and Management accounts, Ajaz has also developed extensive experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.

FUAD OLASEINDE

Fuad joined Mercantile Barristers at its inception and mainly oversees all the operational and administrative activities in Chambers. He manages the relationship between barristers and clients, and their case management from pre-action through to trial and appeal stages; and also responsibility for managing all our third party suppliers. He also takes the lead in all our Digital Marketing operations where he manages our team of internal and external digital marketing personnel to ensure a full optimisation of all our campaigns across our various digital marketing channels. Prior to joining Mercantile, Fuad had worked in various industries such as sports management, media and television, both domestically and internationally, and he brings a wealth of experience to Mercantile.

Samuel Okoronkwo

Samuel Okoronkwo is a barrister with over 30 years of commercial, professional and legal practice experience. Quite apart from being an excellent lawyer, he has specific industry expertise, having primarily had a hands-on professional career as an entrepreneur and a Quantity Surveyor. Samuel is noted for his written and oral advocacy in litigation, often involving complex technical and legal issues. His skill is in identifying and presenting the central issues in a case. He represents his client's interests efficiently, while presenting cases tactfully and forcefully. Since joining Chambers, Samuel Jr. has developed a busy and growing practice covering non-contentious advisory work. Also, his practice covers commercial litigation; construction adjudication and sports dispute resolution in various Tribunals, County Courts and the High Court. Samuel Jr.'s practical experience of having worked in-house in a sports management company before being Called to the Bar has given him a wide breadth of understanding on a range of matters relating to private clients, SME's and multinational organisations.
