Prior to his private investing career, Kevin was a senior executive, with 25 years of operating experience in Fortune 500 companies throughout North and South America, including serving as the President and General Manager of Nortel Caribbean, Latin America, and Brazil. Kevin currently sits as a director on a number of public company boards in Canada and the US.
Lena Masters, CPA - a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial transactions and reporting, held multiple C-Level positions with various public and private entities, including private equity and credit funds with capitalization over $500m JJR Private Capital and Windsor Private Capital, specializing in mezzanine and bridge financing, M&A, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations and equity capital, with the focus on the capital markets in Canada and the United States.
