I seek to provide a therapeutic relationship with children and youth in a healing space that invites self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self- mastery through play and creative expression... When I first meet a child and the family I want to build rapport and trust by providing a non-judgmental and safe environment for healing. I do this by learning about your child and family which includes strengths as well as needs. I also provide tools that I have seen work for many children and families to increase engagement and provide custom treatment towards their goals. The tools I use are aimed at increasing a child's awareness of self-mastery and their own resiliency. I hope to help your child learn new skills and obtain a sense of safety through the experience of creative expression and play.
