ADESH TYAGI

As mentioned above, Mr. Tyagi founded Systems America, Inc. in 1994, and the company quickly became a household name in the technology sector. It grew into a nationally recognized SAP Premier National Technology and Consulting Pater, and the company was named one of the fastest growing companies in the United States in 1997. Under Mr. Tyagi's leadership, Systems America developed many new technologies, including multimedia technology for third generation mobile phones. Adesh Tyagi also was responsible for launching Systems America's Indian subsidiary.
