Alex is a trusted advisor to organizations across several sectors and industries on cybersecurity plans, process, and procedures as well as incident response preparedness strategy. Alex has a proven track record developing and delivering products, facilitating workshops, trainings, and other engagements, and developing after-action reports and executive level briefings.
Prior to joining DayBlink, Alex worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he designed and facilitated wargames and exercises focused on cybersecurity, incident response strategy, emergency management, and antiterrorism training.

Alla joined DayBlink in 2015 and lends her diligence, charisma, and organizational skills to DayBlink's internal finance and accounting functions including, but not limited to, accounts payable and receivable. She manages all relationships with our financial vendors to ensure timely payments and compliance. Additionally, Alla oversees all internal employee expenses and partner commissions. Prior to her role in finance, Alla managed DayBlink's recruiting and office administration.
Andre is an Analyst with a background in operational strategy. Prior to DayBlink, Andre helped institutions in the healthcare and education sectors develop and implement efficiencies through data analysis and the application of software. Andre attended the University of Virginia where he earned a double major in Economics and Government.
Andrew is an Associate Partner with over a decade of experience leading teams in business strategy development and technology implementation engagements. He has worked with commercial clients across multiple industries including energy management and automation, utilities, and telecommunications. His functional areas of expertise include business strategy planning and execution, executive-level communications, program acceleration, business process design, business requirements analysis, product management, and change management.
Prior to joining DayBlink, Andrew worked for Accenture in their Field Service and Workforce Management practice and has prior experience at Group Seven Consulting and Schneider Electric. He received a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
Andrew is an Analyst with experience in data analytics and data visualization. Andrew has consistently demonstrated the ability to perform valuable data analysis in collaborative business environments for his clients.
Prior to joining DayBlink, Andrew helped firms in the healthcare and economic consulting spaces create actionable insights by performing thorough data manipulation and analysis. Andrew has volunteer experience with the Campbell Scholars Program, a tuition-free academic enrichment and college actress program designated to support low-income, high-achieving students aspiring to the first in their family to graduate from a four-year university.
Brian is a trusted advisor to technology, operations, and product executives. Brian consistently delivers results for clients facing rapid industry change, legacy system modernization, and enterprise reorganization.
Brian's consulting experience includes IT transformation, operational improvement, workforce training, and project management. He has served lenders, higher education institutions, and federal agencies throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and India.
Christa is a recent graduate from the University of Notre Dame. A life-long learner, she has a special interest in the growing digital and technology market, leveraging skills in data analytics with a client-first approach. Her combination of interpersonal and technical skills make her an invaluable asset to every team.
She has experience in Agile project management, cybersecurity and risk management, business development, spend category aggregation in the hospitality industry, API integration, data visualization, and change management.
Danielle is an innovative problem solver and recent graduate of Wake Forest University where she studied Finance and Psychology. Her financial and analytical experience spans industries including defense, contracting, and automotive. Danielle has received formal training in several accounting programs, including Deltek Costpoint and Cognos Analytics, and is proficient in business development tools including Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Project.
Emily has been trusted advisor in the public sector. She has consistently delivered results for clients facing rapid change, workforce and legal barriers to programmatic transformation, and pressures from stakeholders on increasing agency and program performance. Prior to joining DayBlink, Emily worked in the public and non-profit sectors, focusing on agency change and program transformation in New York State.
Emily holds a Master of Public Administration from the University at Albany, and a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in Social Work and Political Science from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
Harry is an analytic professional with a background in both Engineering and Business, who leverages strong systematic mindset and effective communication skills to take complex data and relay it to clients in an easy-to-understand manner. Since joining DayBlink, Harry has worked on a variety of engagements in both strategic and program management roles. His efficiency, organization, and communication skills make him an extremely valuable asset to any team.
Jacob specializes in program management, business strategy, and financial modeling. His experience has equipped him with the necessary research, analytical, and technical skills to manage deliverables requiring a high level of detail and time sensitivity. Jacob's extensive client-facing roles awarded him direct experience presenting to and supporting executive-level individuals in multi-billion dollar financial service companies across North America, and had a tangible impact on their company strategy and service offerings. He also has direct experience reporting to executive-level cybersecurity professionals at a major U.S. technology provider.
Jacob is a JD with experience as a cable industry program manager as well as in corporate legal strategy. He leverages his legal and business background and experience in strategy and execution-based roles to drive client initiatives. Jacob enjoys working closely with clients to identify business problems, create project plans, and formulate solutions.
Prior to DayBlink, Jacob was an attorney with private municipal lien investors with a focus on real estate and tax lien investments. He provided strategic advice on conducting business in new markets, liability issues, and contractual drafting and interpretation, including real estate contracts and insurance contracts.
Janelle is a trusted advisor to organizations specializing in information technology, healthcare, education, and finance. Janelle is committed to fully understanding diverse client needs and delivering exceptional work products. She consistently provides actionable insights that drive concrete results for clients navigating organizational pain points. Prior to joining DayBlink, Janelle gained multi-disciplinary professional experience in higher education student affairs, global mobility taxation services, and public sector national security with a focus on human capital development, knowledge management, and governance. Janelle holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion Management from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the George Mason University.

John is proud to have been present at the genesis of DayBlink consulting, calling on his experience at Big 4 and premier boutique firms to help define what we felt is a great consulting company with a model culture. Over his 19 years in consulting, John has worked with some of the largest Fortune 50 companies in the United States. With a particular focus on driving strategic programs within the Network and Care Operations teams of large telecommunications and cable companies, John is adroit at learning new technologies and how they can most benefit his clients. John is also the co-inventor of a patented technology that enables time and motion studies on the highly dynamic processes of live customer care.

Joe's management consulting experience includes working with Deloitte Consulting, KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint and Ericsson Consulting. His clients include Communications Services Providers and Media companies across the globe. He has also worked at AT&T Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies and Hawaiian Telcom in various senior roles.
Josh is a Consultant at DayBlink with experience in organizational optimization, process development, data analysis, visualization and validation. Josh's technical acumen complements his attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills as he solves complex business problems for clients.
Prior to joining DayBlink, Josh provided IT consulting solutions for energy utilities across the United States. He has worked on implementing innovative solutions to improve backend data procedures, the development of front-end tools/apps used for customer engagement and the creation of new energy efficiency programs used to reduce energy usage.
Josh is a high-performance professional who provides quality solutions in data-analysis, IT infrastructure and change management, and cybersecurity. Josh builds lasting relationships with clients, allowing him to go above and beyond to provide solutions for their data, cybersecurity, and IT needs.
Josh's consulting experience includes IT transformation and infrastructure modernization within large government organizations, cybersecurity and information risk management for large financial sector and consulting firms, and IT operations and stakeholder management for regional IT services organizations.
Prior to joining DayBlink, Josh worked as a Senior Consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, where his roles included information management, software engineer, data engineering, and cybersecurity analysis.
Justin is a DayBlink Consulting Founder and seasoned management consultant in leading operational strategies and efficiencies affecting change across companies in the Communications, Media, and Energy Sectors. Justin's impressive track record includes advised senior management in the US, Asia, Australia, and South Africa.
Justin has led many strategic and operational initiatives ranging from business development in emerging markets to management consulting for Fortune 50 companies in the areas of organizational strategy, operations optimization, business process automation, cybersecurity operations, accelerating complex strategic programs, and financial business modeling.
Justin is a U.S. patent holder for a Dynamic Process Management Measurement and Benchmarking technology: Dynamic Measurement Patent.
Kajol is recent Finance and Marketing graduate of the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce. Prior to joining DayBlink, Kajol worked on several pro-bono strategy consulting projects through McIntire, where she helped small local businesses increase distribution channels to expand market presence, redefine business models to reduce costs, and develop new product offerings to increase revenue. She also helped develop an Impact Investing fund at UVA to aid local, socially conscious, entrepreneurs gain financial capital.
Kim's firm belief that organizational success cannot be achieved without successful, motivated people is what fuels her excitement for Human Resources. Her 15-year career in both start-up and turnaround management roles in human capital and international leadership has been dedicated to ensuring people strategies maximize both individual and organizational performance. Kim oversees the alignment of people strategy, operations, and firm goals while championing DayBlink's commitments to rewarding value, continuous improvement, and transparency. She is extremely proud of the recognition and accolades bestowed upon DayBlink and to work for a high-integrity company that genuinely believes in always trying to do the right thing.
Kylee supports DayBlink's back office needs with a focus on office management, executive support, and financial support.
Lynn is a CPA with 20+ years of working experience in public accounting and the real estate private equity industry. She is a tried and true financial controller in all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Lynn has experience with fair value accounting including real estate valuations and fair value reporting
Matt values the time spent listening to his clients to understand and unravel complex issues that organizations face. Over the past ten years, Matt has consulted for telecommunications providers, international development agencies, and microfinance institutions. His experiences include operations strategy, go-to-market analysis, and program management.
Matt is an alumnus of the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and the University of Maryland College Park.

Melissa brings over three years of recruiting experience to the DayBlink team. Melissa's previous experience includes serving as a Recruiter at a leading software engineering company and working for an executive search firm in NYC. She has worked on searches across a variety of industries and functions and currently provides full-life cycle recruiting, where she takes a transparent and relationship-building approach to result in a higher level of trust and commitment.
Michael is an Partner at DayBlink Consulting with a focus on both mobile & fixed communications and technology within the global telecommunications and supporting technology industries. Michael has over a decade of communications & technology experience formulating strategy, assessing markets & technologies, managing product development, and building business cases for international communications service providers (CSPs).
Prior to joining DayBlink, Michael worked with several other TMT-focused consulting firms and was an active investor in technology startups. Michael received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from The Johns Hopkins University.
Michael Wong is a respected business strategist, agilist, entrepreneur and leader. Over the last 20 years in Management Consulting, Michael successfully supported clients in areas such as strategic execution, operational improvement, mergers and acquisitions, corporate communication, and cyber security.
Frustrated with the lack of innovation and outdated models that envelop the consulting landscape, Michael saw a great opportunity to disrupt the industry. In 2013, DayBlink Consulting was born. As founder and CEO, Michael leads all aspects of the firm's strategy and operations, and continues to deliver results on key initiatives for DayBlink clientele.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Michael is a devoted alumnus and regular classroom contributor of his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, where he earned a BBA degree in Accountancy. In 2009, Michael was elected President of the Notre Dame Alumni Association's Board of Directors, representing more than 130,000 alumni worldwide. In this capacity, he concurrently served as a member of the university's Board of Trustees.
Mike is an accomplished consulting executive with over 15 years of experience focused in the communications industry. Mike's career is highlighted by execution of strategic programs for Fortune 50 companies, including systems requirements, integration and implementation, new product introductions (typically including vendor integration), network and operations launch readiness planning, as well as call center and service fulfillment operations. These projects are distinguished by the introduction of advanced technologies, aggressive timelines, cross functional delivery collaboration, multiple vendor partnerships, and senior level executive visibility.
Phillip's career started at PwC Atlanta performing financial statement audits and reviews for insurance, real estate and technology companies. After moving back to Philadelphia, he began a forensic accounting and advisory services role at FTI Consulting. Typical engagements included Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) monitorships and financial statement assessments. At DayBlink, Phillip is part of the Financial Transformation CoE and an Agile coach.
