Agnese Gambari

Agnese Gambari (Perugia, Italy) has a degree in Political Science from the Universitá degli Studi di Perugia (Italy) and a Master in Competitive Economic Intelligence from OBS Business School (University of Barcelona). She has nine years of international experience (in three capitals European countries such as Budapest, Brussels and Madrid) in the consulting sector, during which time he has been managing projects financed by international organizations and offering short and long-term technical assistance services in developing countries.

Ana Franco

Ana Mª Franco (Madrid, Spain) has developed her professional career in the field of private consulting, where she has specialized in the coordination and management of administrative issues. She currently supports the preparation of offers through layout, compilation of administrative documentation and shipping. For more than twenty years she performed secretarial tasks for Altair's CEO, taking care of keeping the agenda, organizing trips, meetings, etc. She has extensive experience in file management and office equipment maintenance and support. She has the official title of typing and shorthand, computer courses, and her training includes preparing for public exams for the Ministry of Justice.

Beatriz del Rey

Beatriz del Rey (Madrid, Spain) has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid and is finishing a Law degree from UNED. She has 20 years of experience in the financial and commercial field of the company. She is part of different departments in companies of different profiles and sectors. For several years she was part of the department of private labels of a large supermarket; She worked in the marketing, advertising and financial department of a multinational specialized in electronics, and has also worked in different SMEs in the financial sector. Since 2006 she has been part of Altair's finance team.

Blanca Vivancos

Blanca Vivancos (Madrid, Spain) has a Law degree with a concentration in Business from ICADE (UPCo), a Postgraduate Degree in NGO Management from ESADE, a Master's in Educational Theater from New York University, and a diploma in Advertising and PR by the CENP. Her professional career has been developed fundamentally in the field of International Cooperation. She has worked in countries such as Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Chad, Cambodia and the USA. In 2003 she became part of the Board of Trustees of the Almenara Foundation, a function that she has since alternated with her position as director of the organization. Since 2004 she has been linked to Altair Asesores in different capacities: as a consultant, as a member of the Council and as a member of the Advisory Committee. Blanca is fully proficient in Spanish (her mother tongue), English, French, Catalan, and has knowledge of German, Italian, and Portuguese.

Claire de Foucaud

Claire de Foucaud (Amboise, France) is a graduate with a certificate of international advanced studies in management and development from the International School of Business Studies, with a specialization in continental Africa. She has developed her professional career putting her enthusiasm and energy at the service of development projects in various sectors: fair trade (she was responsible for commercial development of a pioneering organization in the field in France), Development of agricultural value chains (she worked with Belgian cooperation in a government program in Ouarzazate, Morocco), the circular economy (she worked as a marketing and communication consultant in a pilot project with a Tunisian SME specialized in olive oil). Since 2018 she has been working from Madrid as director of projects financed by the EU and AECID on governance issues, thanks to which she has participated in the State Building Contract in Haïti, a program to support the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development in Mauritania, a support program for the ministries of justice and security in the Central African Republic and a migration and gender project in Morocco. Cristina Araque

Cristina has a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, a Master's in International Cooperation and International Aid from Universidad Carlos III, and a second Master's in Management of Non-Profit Organizations by UNED. She has a wide experience in the field of international cooperation working for different Spanish nonprofits, managing development projects in Peru and East Africa, with a focus on health and education. Cristina has also worked as an international electoral observer for the OSCE in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, and in Colombia with OAS. She speaks Spanish and English and has knowledge of German, French, and Portuguese.

Marta Monterrubio

Marta Monterrubio (Madrid, Spain) has extensive experience in the field of International Cooperation and International Relations, coordinating development programs and processes, both in the public and private sectors, at national, regional, and local levels, working with various actors, national and local authorities, public international organizations, especially the European Commission, AECID, UN, IDB, different Ministries and Government Agencies in Latin America and North Africa. She is a specialist in Public Policy Evaluation and holds a master's degree in international Cooperation for Development, as well as a Law Degree from the UCM. At the sectoral level, its scope of performance in recent years has been focused on the monitoring and evaluation of public policies in Latin America, the strengthening of local authorities, instances of participation, local actors and organizations, decentralization processes, promotion, and exercise of Human Rights in post-conflict contexts, sustainable rural and urban development with the improvement of environmental conditions, among others. She speaks Spanish, English, French, and Catalan.

María Dora de Barrionuevo

María Dora de Barrionuevo (Bilbao, Spain) is a lawyer and political scientist, and has three master's degrees (European Union Law, MBA and Executive HR) With more than 20 years of experience, Maria Dora has developed a large part of her Professional career in the world of international consulting, implementing and directing complex Technical Assistance projects in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North Africa, actions financed by both multilateral and bilateral organizations, as well as the private sector. Currently, she is specialized in the sectors of social development, environment, infrastructure, human rights, gender, migration and public administration reform: governance, regional integration, accession to the EU etc. Before joining Altair, he held positions of responsibility, both in the area of business development, and in the execution of contracts financed by multilateral development organizations (European Commission, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, AECID, etc.). tasks of identification of opportunities, selection and analysis of markets, commercial support, advice and assistance in the execution of operations, as well as in the development of export activities and preparation of tenders. She is highly knowledgeable about the current procedures of the European Union, she is currently the deputy director of the Framework Contract-Lot 3 (Deputy Project director), a position that combines with the coordination of technical assistance (TA) projects and missions of framework contracts of the portfolio of Altair, having successfully managed since its incorporation more than fifty projects and programs of different scale and complexity. Her working languages are Spanish, English and French, and she has knowledge of Italian.

Mirjana Jelic

Mirjana Jelic (Belgrade, Serbia) is specialized in international cooperation and has a Master's degree in International Studies from the Diplomatic School and the Complutense University and various training courses at international institutions such as the WTO (Geneva) or JICA (Tokyo). Mirjana has been in the development cooperation sector for more than 20 years and brings extensive experience in team management positions, both in the public and private sectors. She began her professional career in the Serbian public administration, in the ministry responsible for the coordination of development aid, focused on aligning priorities and harmonizing programming with the national system, and working closely with equivalent structures in other countries at European level. For the last four years in public administration she worked as head of the department in charge of the coordination and planning of EU pre-accession funds at a national level. Mirjana speaks Spanish, English and Serbian.

Sonsoles Armendáriz

Sonsoles Armendariz (San Sebastian, Spain) carried out her law studies at the San Pablo CEU University in Madrid. After a brief experience in a financial company in the field of marketing, her professional life developed for more than 20 years in the Entertainment sector as career manager for recognized Talents and responsible for booking their international tours. She has as well a solid experience in marketing , strategy design and event planner performed in multinational environments related to musical content. In 2020 she decided to undertake new challenges by collaborating with different NGOs, contributing her skills when planning and implementing humanitarian aid and development cooperation projects in different missions in Ukraine and South Sudan, and in parallel she has worked on projects to which she has added her ability to develop communication strategies in order to increase visibility to causes. Tamara García

Tamara García (Toledo, Spain) has a degree in Modern Languages and Literature and a second degree in International Relations, with a specialization in cooperation between the European Union and Latin America. As a result of her education and experience, she has extensive knowledge of European public policy and other areas such as international law, foreign trade, and collaborative mechanisms among regions. She has developed her career in cultural, tourist, and teaching management, nationwide and internationally. Tamara speaks Spanish, English, and French.

Yi Ling Hsieh
