Considering less than 5% of children with disabilities in the Philippines have access to special education and therapy services, ALRES provides free assessments, home programs and caregiver trainings in collaboration with local governments, the Department of Social Welfare & Development (DSWD), public schools, parish-based organizations, and the private sector. It also offers scholarship grants to children twice marginalized by poverty & disability.
