Aristotle brings a solid background in Industrial Engineering, enriched by prior experience in a BMU supplier company. In his current role, Aristotle supports both the BMU and Facade teams in achieving project objectives. His expertise extends to creating 3D animations with Sketch-Up, preparing comprehensive submittals for local and international projects, including technical specifications, detailed costing reports and cleaning cycle analyses.
Behind ALT are reputable designers and engineers who are experts in the industry, having to work with façade contractors, top developers, and construction management companies.

In his over 20 years at ALT, Edwin played a key role in all the firm's most impactful projects across the world from the tallest high-rise buildings to low-rise simple but sophisticated developments. As an engineer, he began his career in construction management and eventually transitioned into the façade industry when he joined ALT in 2000.
Through the years, his keen eye for details and extensive knowledge of system design, material, procurement, fabrication, and installation process makes everyone look up to him as the reputable façade expert that he is.

Since joining ALT more than ten years ago, Gary led the operation of the Hong Kong and Shenzhen office from design to management of some of the most impactful projects in Hong Kong and China.
Now stationed in China as a Regional Manager of the Shenzhen office, his technical background both in engineering and construction management, fully equips him to lead the community of designers within the firm by bringing a more pragmatic approach to every project he leads. His leadership emphasizes more on communication and collaboration approach which leads to the eventual successful realization of projects.
An architect by profession, Joe has been in the facade industry for more than 40 years. His expertise covers many areas, from creating preliminary design proposals to managing the on-site erection of complete wall systems. He has worked on prestigious projects all over the world from the Midwest to the Far East. His most notable projects are the super tall towers with the likeness of Burj Khalifa in Dubai, Shanghai World Financial Center in China, and Taipei 101 in Taiwan, among others.
He is known by clients for turning design ideas and visions into reality through his technical mastery of the facade processes. When he is on board, clients are confident that their facade functions for strength and weatherability without compromising aesthetics at a reasonable cost. When at work, he balances the technicalities of engineering with the demands of aesthetics, ensures customer satisfaction, and marshals the efforts of his team.
Drawing from more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Marge, a civil and geodetic engineer by profession, was also a formidable academic lecturer who was known by her peers to be incredibly keen on details. She started in ALT as a senior design director and then eventually transitioned to construction administration and project management.
Heavily exposed to both design and construction, she mastered the intricacies of both processes which makes her the perfect fit to be responsible for managing projects for ALT's design & engineering division servicing the owners, architects, and contractors.

Armed with experience in façade design, engineering and construction, Mark leads our design department's endeavors. His attention to detail and practical insights gained from previous exposure to construction projects contribute significantly as a team leader. Bringing hands-on experience to the design team, he actively contributes to projects with a steadfast commitment to excellence.
Fueled by a master's degree and technical proficiency, Mark is at the forefront of driving ALT's innovative design solutions.

Nancy has more than 15 years of senior management experience, including a decade of being a Vice President for Design, a crucial position for the orchestration of firmwide technical design servicing our roster of clients globally.

Ranel has over a decade of experience as a key member of the design team, then seamlessly transitioned to a technical director, and now leading the business development. His technical proficiency in design software applications, advanced modeling and visualization techniques, defines his current role cultivating new business opportunities for ALT.
Expertly bridging the technical intricacies with commercial strategies, Ranel is a pivotal force in advancing the business goals of the company.

Ronald is an engineer with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. As a senior technical director at ALT, he is heavily focused on construction management from bidding and procurement, performance mock-ups, submittal reviews, testings, and façade installation supervision. Most of his time is dedicated to managing and resolving practical problems onsite making him one of our stringent implementors of quality control. He was stationed in Singapore for several years as a Resident Façade Engineer for one of the prestigious developments in Singapore ever built - Marina Bay Financial Center.
