ATMS was started by a group of qualified and experienced professionals from the field of Tea, Agriculture, Banking, Corporate advisory and Project Management in the year 2010 to work for the welfare of small, marginal and landless farmers who constitute 80% of the farming population. The whole motivation for the group was the method and system developed by Govt. of India, and planned management and support of different State & Central Govt. Agencies for the large section of small, marginal and landless farmers... In 2015 ATMS became the first company to start promotion of 10 FPCs in the Horticulture sector in Assam. In the same year NABARD empanelled ATMS as their Resource Support Agency for the entire North East. The Banking Institute of Rural Development (BIRD) and National Institute of Agriculture Marketing (NIAM) appointed ATMS as their Training Partner for North East...
