ALBERT TRUONG

After graduation, Albert started his professional career as an inpatient physiotherapist at Westmead Hospital in Sydney Australia. He treated patients varying with neurological, cardiovascular, respiratory and orthopaedic conditions. He then decided to move into the private sector focusing primarily on treating musculoskeletal conditions which was where his passion and interest lied given his background in sports and training. He has travelled around the world attending workshops and seminars delivered by leading healthcare professionals, which has shaped and developed his physiotherapy identity. He has completing post graduate studies in: Active Release Technique (A.R.T) Western Acupuncture - Dry needling (Advance Level) Selective Functional Movement Screen (SFMA) Kinesiotaping Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist - NSCA EXOS Performance Specialist ALTIS 360 In Australia, Albert was the head physiotherapist for multiple sports organisations in weightlifting, AFL, Rugby Union, and football/soccer. In Singapore, he has looked after high-level athletes in CrossFit, Weightlifting, Dragon boating, Ironman, Tennis and Latin dance. Albert enjoys participating in Bachata socials and different sports in Singapore, such as wakeboarding, muay thai, golf and cycling.

SARAH HEAH

It was Sarah's passion and advocacy for movement as medicine that led her to pursue physiotherapy in University. As she witnessed the positive changes that happen when people move better and grow stronger, she desires to empower every person to get there. Sarah completed her Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney. Her career first started in the hospital in Singapore, where she managed patients with oncological, cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions. She also treated clients who had undergone orthopaedic surgeries, including spinal fusions and knee, hip and shoulder replacements. She went on to become a paediatric physiotherapist for children with special needs, where she worked closely with other health professionals to provide holistic care for her clients. In Brisbane, Sarah gained experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist where she treated clients with nerve-related symptoms, joint pains, stiffness and weakness. Sarah underwent further education to pursue her special interest in Women's Health, including pre- and post-natal physiotherapy, and meeting women where they're at, across the lifespan. She has completed training in: Western Acupuncture - Dry needling Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist by Dr Sarah Ellis Duvall 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Sarah has worked with people of all ages, from infants to older persons, in Australia and in Singapore. Her experience in the community, hospital and clinic enables her to see and treat her clients with a well rounded perspective. Sarah enjoys playing golf, squash and badminton in her free time. She's also happy to chat about all things skincare, travel and secret recipes.
