AUTX NETWORK RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

AUTX is not a digital currency nor an equity token. It is a utility token that is used as a unit of exchange between the participants in any dApp ecosystem that uses AUTX. It is also used to measure and verify attention and transaction state. In a sense, AUTX's use represents access to the dApp's service. Since AUTX is not an equity token, ownership of AUTX doesn't carry any rights other than enabling use on any service that uses it. AUTX tokens do not represent or confer any ownership right or stake, share or security, or equivalent rights including the right to receive future revenue share, intellectual property rights relating to any service using it or the AUTX network.
