Blackstar Diversified Enterprises (BDE) is a minority owned, small business certified electrical distribution and traffic controls systems integrator that conducts business in the Mid Atlantic and Gulf South regions of the United States. With experience in project management, equipment sales, service sales, engineering design, equipment manufacturing and integration, BDE offers customers the "complete package". We don't compete with the Nationals, who's emphasis is making assembly line style equipment which employs more of a focus on optimizing operations versus fulfilling customer needs.
