Aletheia Therapy was founded in 2021 with a mission to bring exceptional mental health care to our community. We saw too many clients reduced to numbers and therapists overwhelmed by unsustainable caseloads. That's why at Aletheia, we're committed to treating both clients and therapists as whole, complex individuals-worthy of respect, compassion, and real care... At Aletheia Therapy, we primarily utilize relational psychodynamic therapy, which explores early childhood development and unconscious processes to understand how they influence your current experiences. While this is our foundational approach, our therapists are also trained in various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy, allowing us to tailor our methods to best meet your unique needs."
