CAHFLA is dedicated to building bridges between Caribbean Americans and the US population at large and advocating for the wellbeing of the Caribbean American community. The mission of the CAHFLA program is to knowledge the contributions of Caribbean immigrants to America, and to open a dialogue between Caribbean peoples and the American people. The Caribbean American Heritage Foundation (CAHFLA) was established to exclusively promote public awareness and appreciation for the variety of Caribbean cultures through their customs, heritage, culture, music, foods, arts & crafts, and other attributes; while highlighting both individual and collective contributions made by people of Caribbean heritage to the diverse and evolving culture of the United States of America.
