Adam is Carly Rian Group's co-founder and Managing Partner. With over twenty three years of experience specializing in private and public sector industries, Adam has earned the respect of colleagues and clients through demonstrated excellence in strategic and analytical thinking, innovative problem solving, and performing value-added analyses on key drivers of organizational success across people, process and technology. Adam's robust expertise and experience allow him to remove complexity and bring meaning to business problems in a wide-range of industries and sectors including, banking, insurance, investment management, public sector, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, media, transportation and pulp/paper. Adam has served as an advisor to boards, CEO's and senior management teams across private and public sectors with direct experience guiding his clients through strategic and transformational improvement initiatives from planning through to execution. In addition to enjoying travelling and spending quality time with his wife and three daughters, Adam is a huge sports fan, and an accomplished musician.

He is a graduate of the Executive Strategy Program at the University of Oxford and the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School. With a Master's degree in Engineering Design from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB, Manuel is also certified as a Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Agile ScrumMaster, and Organizational Coach. Outside of work, Manuel is a Baja buggies fan and has designed and built Baja buggies for competitions. He is a father and enjoys quality time with his family and also enjoys music. Manuel plays a couple of instruments, including a traditional instrument from Venezuela called "Cuatro".

Raghu's domain knowledge is extensive as he has directly worked with organizations across capital markets, entertainment, food service, robotics, mining, logistics, construction, and private education. Raghu earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance from Carleton University and an MBA from Ivey Business School. Outside of work, Raghu enjoys playing any sport that doesn't involve winter, running after his two little kids, traveling with the family (30 countries and counting), discovering coffee shops with his wife, and is an avid reader of John Grisham.
