Adam is Carly Rian Group's co-founder and Managing Partner. With over twenty three years of experience specializing in private and public sector industries, Adam has earned the respect of colleagues and clients through demonstrated excellence in strategic and analytical thinking, innovative problem solving, and performing value-added analyses on key drivers of organizational success across people, process and technology. Adam's robust expertise and experience allow him to remove complexity and bring meaning to business problems in a wide-range of industries and sectors including, banking, insurance, investment management, public sector, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, media, transportation and pulp/paper. Adam has served as an advisor to boards, CEO's and senior management teams across private and public sectors with direct experience guiding his clients through strategic and transformational improvement initiatives from planning through to execution.
In addition to enjoying travelling and spending quality time with his wife and three daughters, Adam is a huge sports fan, and an accomplished musician.

Elliot has 15+ years' experience in management consulting focused on operational strategy and transformation. Dedicated to creating measurable value by tailoring his strategy and approach, Elliot specializes in leading manufacturing, supply chain and back office transformations, from strategy through to execution. Elliot's experience in corporate transformations and operational improvement initiatives spans the public and private sectors in industries including, financial services, consumer packaged goods, construction, telecommunications, mining, transportation, retail, healthcare and industrial products. Elliot has a Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from York University.
Elliot serves on the Board of Directors of several not-for-profit institutions, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family when away from the office.

With more than 15 years experience as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and educator, Jason specializes in the analysis, design and implementation of effective people and process solutions based on specific customer needs. He has experience effectively delivering meaningful results in a variety of industries and domains, working extensively in Technology, Pension and Financial Services.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys running and traveling the world, with a current goal of seeing all of the modern wonders with his family.

Kathy is a compassionate and driven business leader with a diverse background and wealth of experience in business operations. As a former educator, she honed her skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving. Her broad range of experiences has equipped her with a unique perspective and adaptability that allows her to add value across all levels of the organization.

Kathy is a proud mother of two and an avid learner. She is always seeking new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Currently, she is working on her French proficiency and travels to France often to visit her family, while immersing herself in the language and culture.

Manuel specializes in business transformation, having built, led, and advised teams across various disciplines and regions, driving efficiency and empowering human talent.
Born in the US and raised in Venezuela, Manuel brings extensive international experience, having lived in Australia, Canada, Colombia, and Germany, contributing to success in industries such as financial services, mining, manufacturing, supply chain, healthcare, government, and education.
He is a graduate of the Executive Strategy Program at the University of Oxford and the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School. With a Master's degree in Engineering Design from McMaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UCAB, Manuel is also certified as a Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Agile ScrumMaster, and Organizational Coach.
Outside of work, Manuel is a Baja buggies fan and has designed and built Baja buggies for competitions. He is a father and enjoys quality time with his family and also enjoys music. Manuel plays a couple of instruments, including a traditional instrument from Venezuela called "Cuatro".

Raghu has spent the past 15+ years working in consulting, banking, and within industry. His focus has been helping companies, ranging from idea stage start-ups to multinationals, launch new products and services, develop and execute corporate strategy, and operationalize business practices. Raghu's domain knowledge is extensive as he has directly worked with organizations across capital markets, entertainment, food service, robotics, mining, logistics, construction, and private education. Raghu earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance from Carleton University and an MBA from Ivey Business School.
Outside of work, Raghu enjoys playing any sport that doesn't involve winter, running after his two little kids, traveling with the family (30 countries and counting), discovering coffee shops with his wife, and is an avid reader of John Grisham.

Rajeev is a trusted advisor with highly specialized problem solving expertise. Dedicated to enhancing the quality of operations by increasing effectiveness and efficiency, Rajeev holds the coveted Lean-Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification and is a Master Facilitator of Operational Design workshops. His collaborative and simple approach to process improvement allows him to consistently deliver significant and sustainable results for clients. Rajeev has a Degree in Systems & Industrial Engineering, with a major in Operations Research & Information Systems from the University of Toronto.
Rajeev, an avid sports fan, has volunteered as a head coach for the Markham Mariners Rep and house league baseball program since 2012, and enjoys traveling with his family when away from work.

Sunil is a CPA, CMA with a Degree in Economics & Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Outside of work, Sunil is busy planning his next adventure with his family, watching sports, listening to 80's pop music, pretending to golf, watching action movies and reading Harvard Business Review.

Tarun Mahan is a corporate strategist with over 10 years' experience developing business strategies, optimizing cost, driving efficiencies, and improving profitability across large enterprises. Initially a General Physician by qualification, Tarun combines his diagnostic mindset and business acumen across a variety of industries ranging from healthcare, manufacturing, banking, public sector, utilities, and hospitality to plan, design, and deploy highly effective systems and processes.
Tarun is widely recognized for his successful delivery across the full life cycle of cross functional complex initiatives, on time and within budget. His engaging stakeholder management and ability to interact across all levels is a key trait of his consulting style. Tarun is a qualified General Physician and holds a Masters in Business Management from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
