CDM+R - Key Persons

Mr. Rentz has over 25 years of experience in the construction service and design Industry. Mr. Rentz is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology and is experienced in structural and civil engineering. In addition to his breadth in Structural and Civil Engineering, he is also versed in Building Systems Engineering, having designed many Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Systems for various building types throughout the United States. Throughout his career, he has been the "Engineer of Record" for hundreds of projects, successfully representing total construction fees in excess of millions of dollars.

Mr. Murphy has over 18 years of experience in the construction service and design Industry. Mr. Murphy is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte and is experienced in structural and geotechnical engineering. In addition to his breadth in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, he is also versed in Building Systems Engineering, having been involved in the design and consultation of many Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing Systems for various building types. Charles also has extensive experience in special inspections, forensics, structural/property condition assessments and rehabilitation of unreinforced clay brick masonry/rough timber building types. Charles is a registered PE in NC, SC, TN, GA & VA.
