CODE: RE-FARM

Caprilait will be facilitating one of the pilots, on the Alpine goat breed. They will also be involved in the stakeholder identification and categorization, and in defining the most relevant use cases for the development of new technologies for farmers... QRT will be responsible for the design, realization and characterization of a demonstrator that will be used for fast and precise quantification of multiple quality parameters in goat milk including a protein profile. These essential parameters will be linked to the husbandry systems within the project.
