4 years into the COM journey, Learning, Leadership, and Organisational Development became our jam! We saw big demand for helping businesses and leaders to grow their interpersonal skills, improve their team dynamic, and lift their leadership. Suddenly we were supporting stretched HR teams as well as writing People strategies, implementing technology, and designing bespoke, hybrid programs...
