CVH services are open to people from all walks of life, and we accept most major third-party insurance. Still, CVH has always focused on serving financially needy individuals with behavioral health conditions. More than 95% of those we serve are financially needy with serious mental illnesses, substance use disorders, or intellectual/developmental disabilities. We serve over 6,000 individuals annually... We serve people with Medicaid, Medicare, and third-party insurance, those who are uninsured and underinsured, those who are homeless, and those who are incarcerated or recently incarcerated. When needed, we help those we serve address non-medical issues that affect health outcomes, such as housing, food security, relationships, and employment. CVH is devoted to serving people who may face barriers receiving treatment elsewhere... Catawba Valley Healthcare is a non-profit healthcare provider offering a wide range of whole person healthcare, integrating physical and mental health.
