Joe founded his first business at the age of 19 promoting concerts and live events. He is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TecPro Ltd, an Alaska-based General Contractor with operations in Alaska, Hawaii, Colorado, and Oregon. The company performs Electrical Contracting, Industrial Automation, and Security Integration services on both government and private sector capital improvement projects. In 2013, Joe was recruited to lead the turnaround of a struggling medical spa on the verge of bankruptcy. He raised investment funds to recapitalize the business, then developed and implemented a focused strategy to refocus the business. The company returned to profitability and under Joe's financial and management leadership and recognized all-time revenue and profitability records. He manages a variety of investments and funds through Transfigure Investments LLC with holdings in retail, technology, and the service industries. The company also provides operational consulting services for portfolio companies and for a variety of other businesses. He is a licensed Alaska real estate professional and has acquired and managed multi-family rental properties while consistently achieving above average rents with an extremely low vacancy rate. He co-founded Figure 9 LLC with Dave Velasquez as a real estate development and investment company to leverage the real estate investment and construction backgrounds of the founders and develop, acquire, and manage real estate assets. Joe obtained three Bachelor degrees with a minor in Communication from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska where he currently resides with his wife and four children.

Nick is a life long Alaskan born & raised in Anchorage. He is a Dimond High Alumni & graduate with a bachelor's from the University of Utah. He has worked in the moving & storage business with his family since he was 14. He currently is the Vice President of Military Logistics for Alaska Terminals Inc., & Frontier Van Lines Intl., in Alaska, Washington & Hawaii.
