Here at DiamondFit Nutrition, we take an individualized approach with each of our clients to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to achieve their goals... We understand whether the goal is an upcoming athletic event, a revamped exercise routine, or simply a desire to live a healthier lifestyle, any active individual can benefit from nutrition education... We understand the demands put on a high-level athlete's body require a much different set of rules for optimal nutrition than someone simply looking to improve overall health and well-being. It is for this very reason we take an individualized approach with our nutrient coaching, considering factors like proper caloric intake, macronutrient (protein, dietary fat, and carbohydrate) breakdown, nutrient timing, rest and recovery, and last but certainly not least, adequate hydration.
