DIRES FOR DEVELOPMENT

Dires for Development (Dires) is an Ethiopian charity specialized in social programs for people with a disability. It is their mission to combat poverty and inequality for people with a disability in Ethiopia. In different organization forms, Dires exists for over 17 years. Since 2012, Dires is an official Charitable Association under Ethiopian Law... We support entrepreneurs with a disability who want to start their own business, and we help people with a disability to gain work experience and find employment... A social enterprise specialized in Community Based Tourism in Ethiopia. We work closely with tourism experts from The Netherlands, they help us to generate income through the tourism sector.
