Dresser Winery was built out of passion with the Paso Robles wine tasting experience at the core. A passion for wine but also for creating lasting memories in a laid back environment... Established in 2000, the vineyard sits 1100 feet above sea level on rolling hills embedded with the limestone and calcareous soils also seen inn Bordeaux and the Rhone Valley. With expansive views of Paso Robles beyond our 25 acres, half planted with seven varietals, our goal is to create wines that are memorable not only in taste but in the experiences they offer…whether it be at the vineyard or at home with your loved ones and friends.
