DR.GURUCHARAN S SHETTY

Dr Gurucharan S Shetty is a well known Interventional Radiologist who is currently working as Chief of Interventional Radiology at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital and Research Center. He was formerly the in charge consultant of Interventional Radiology at Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore for almost 8 years. He has had an illustrious medical career being trained at premier central and governmental medical superspeciality institutes. He completed his MBBS from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and then went on to complete his MD in Radiodiagnosis from Delhi University, Lady Hardinge Medical College. Following this he did his senior residency from All India Institute of Medical Sciences,New Delhi (AIIMS).He acquired a wide ranging experience with training in both the Diagnostic imaging and Body and Vascular intervention departments. He also went on to complete a post Doctoral Fellowship in Neuroradiology and Neurointervention from the prestigious Sanjay Gandhi..
