In 1994 James began a career in the transport industry driving a class two truck in and around Wellington city. The love of truck driving and the industry as a whole has since taken James through various roles, from covering many kilometres driving all kinds of trucks, carting all kinds of loads, to climbing the ranks in the office from dispatcher to upper management , holding branch roles, regional roles and national roles.
