The ECMPR is committed to work for the ideals of liberty, governments with limited interventions, rule of law, free markets, and property rights by fostering high quality policy-relevant research, and disseminating the findings widely to decision-makers in the public and private sectors in Pakistan in general and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in particular... The ECMPR is a nonprofit public policy organization based in Peshawar with a coordination office in Islamabad. In future, the ECMPR will consider setting up regional offices in Lahore, Karachi, Quetta, Muzafarabad, and Gilgit.
