Ryan is a Las Vegas native of the past 33 years, residing in Henderson, NV with his wife, Jessica, and three children: Kennedy, Camryn, and Christopher. As a family, they enjoy spending time together exploring the outdoors, boating at lake mead, and off roading in the beautiful Nevada desert. The Hoffman's also enjoy traveling, having visited many different countries over the years. However, no matter where they go, they always love coming home to Las Vegas and its unique energy.
Ryan is an accomplished Projects Manager with over a decade of experience in construction and engineering projects. He has consistently delivered projects within budget and according to schedule, employing innovative strategies to reduce project costs, improve quality and timelines. Ryan has a proven track record of driving complex construction projects of various scales from inception through to execution.
His passion for efficient Project Management and professionalism has led to his reputation as a respected construction leader in the industry. Victor excels at guiding the client through the entire construction process while leading the team to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and most importantly, resulting in a satisfied client.
