For over a decade, ERM founder Dax Kastrin has had a passion for providing excellence in the commercial insurance industry.
What started as a part-time office job for Kaitlyn turned into an Insurance career. Kaitlyn began working for a large personal insurance and financial services agent and credits her time there as one of growth and realization. Working side-by-side with some of the best agents, she learned the art of insurance and working as a team.
Over time, Kaitlyn welcomed opportunities to work with businesses. She quickly grew to love the complexities of commercial insurance and found her way to Elemental RISK Management near the end of 2014. Her move to Elemental RISK Management has given her the opportunity to work daily with effective business owners to help them manage one of the many parts of their business asset, commercial insurance.
Kaitlyn is married to Ben and they have three kids. Kaitlyn values her family, friends, and a healthy lifestyle. She has completed a handful of Half Marathons, hiked the ENTIRE Sandia Mountains from the South to the North point, and has recently started competing in CrossFit.
