Matthew Merkley, the managing member of Elevation, has been utilizing GIS software for over 11 years. Elevation utilizes ESRI products to generate the majority of our client's content. Matthew was tasked with learning GIS software while working on a project that involved extensive mapping and research to attain a seismic permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2009...
