Joining ERS in its earliest days, recruitment expert Austin brings more than 20 years' experience to the role, and has been instrumental in the company's growth, which includes two strategic acquisitions. Drawing upon his own sector knowledge and experience he support the ERS team on a day-to-day basis, as they maximise potential opportunities and offer the optimum solutions to our clients.
Developing and maintaining close relationships with our clients, Austin has his finger on the pulse of developments across the UK Life Sciences sector and is passionate about its sustainable future.
Graduate Chloe brings an enquiring mind to her role as Resourcer. In her own words, her degree in Philosophy gives her "the ability to question anything and everything" - in other words she leaves no stone unturned when it comes to assisting our consultants in resourcing the very best talent.
Her aim has always been to work in a role which helps others. At Entrust, not only is she helping to advance careers, she's also contributing to a sustainable Life Sciences sector, which is fundamental to the continual improvement of everyone's quality and standard of life.

Fiona truly loves her job, and that may be because she's such a people person. Working closely with the entire ERS team, she is a compliance guru with an eye for detail which is critical to the smooth running of the company, particularly when it comes to our temporary placements.
Most satisfying of all for Fiona, is the ability to offer a next-level service to our temporary candidates. As their main point of contact, she provides dedicated payroll and onboarding support to ensure their experience with us is completely efficient and hassle-free.
We know all employers say this, but Lynsey genuinely has an outstanding reputation for client delivery and is responsible for the day-to-day management of temporary solutions for one of our key clients.
From analytical to product development roles, Martin is predominantly focused upon laboratory-based Chemistry positions.
He exemplifies our ethos of merging scientific and recruitment expertise to create a unique client and candidate experience. With a background in laboratory testing and training, this combination of technical and people skills helps him build the relationships which complete the any parts of the recruitment "jigsaw". His skill in understanding candidate motivators ensures that each company he represents appoints the perfect fit for every role.
A highly experienced talent acquisition specialist, Natalie's 20+ year track record began within the Health and Social Care sector, before transitioning into Life Sciences with a particular focus upon Pharmaceuticals. Whilst experienced across all disciplines, she has directed her expertise towards Bioproduction, Biotechnology and Manufacturing, enjoying the satisfaction gained at this stage in the product journey, as she helps her clients commercialise the results of their R&D.
From start-ups and SMEs to global pharmaceutical companies, Natalie is committed to providing the very best in talent and leverages her significant international network, having been active across the UK & Ireland, European, US and Chinese marketplaces.
Customer service is the keystone to all that Ronnie does. A background in sales and negotiation, together with a desire to really understand the people he's representing, combine in his role as resource to ensure that he successfully matches clients with candidates time after time.
Acknowledging that Life Sciences is a fast-paced, sometimes challenging environment, Ronnie is committed to helping this critical industry develop, knowing that his personal approach to business is - in his own words - "helping to make a difference in real time".

ERS founder, Ryan, has built a nationwide business comprising highly talented recruitment consultants and researchers who provide a genuinely unique and holistic partnership approach to Life Sciences recruitment.
Having developed our "bench to board" resourcing service, Ryan remains a hands-on recruiter who is focused upon building the next generation of Life Sciences professionals, not least through his membership of a steering group created to establish an academy dedicated to identifying sector skills gaps and provide cross-sector training in line with Life Sciences' specific requirements.
Shauny Jenkins Senior Consultant shauny@entrustrs.com With a degree in psychology, it's no wonder Shauny is fascinated by what makes people tick and is motivated to instil in candidates the ability to truly believe in themselves. Taking personality and attitude into account, just as much as technical ability, is critical when it comes to effective, long-term candidate placement and Shauny's job focuses around building relationships with candidates to ensure they are placed into a position in which they will thrive and contribute to the Life Sciences sector.
