In the seventies two brothers opened Two Guys from Italy. Straight from Rome and became an interstate chain through the eighties. One brother broke off and opened Giovannii's Pasta House and Pizzeria, Newport Oregon 1985. As second generation Italian raised, Chef Mariah wished to continue the family legacy and became a partner in Trattoria Pasta e Ceci, LA Mesa, California 1996. The famous Bruschetta was discovered and became an instant hit across the city, now in almost every fine restaurant starter across the world Everything started with Chef Mariahs bruschetta. Giovanni passed in 2005 but the legacy continued with Bella Campagna Catering until the dream location a mile high in Idyllwild, California was the foundation in 2012. LA Bella Montagna Pasta House.. The Marinara was the instant bloodline that connected San Diego, Palm Springs and Riverside Counties The Marinara became well known to this day as Epic Marinara LLC. Still serving like those Two Guys now in peace.
