Ayana Johnson is the President of Family Group Consultants. Prior to starting this business, she worked for the State Department and the Department of Defense as a management analyst. The skills she gained in the federal government allowed her to create the systems of training that is used for our customers. She has been able to take the knowledge of Raphique and Duane and relate it in a way that helps the agents learn effectively.

Duane Freeman - CEO

Duane has been in the insurance industry for two and a half years. He grew up in Philadelphia, PA and he now resides in Delaware. Duane decided to leave his job as state trooper after 9 years to pursue a career as an insurance broker. He quickly learned that buying leads from vendors could be a treacherous and shaky business, so he decided to apply his training from working online fraud cases. The training and knowledge from those investigations and market research was the key to multiple successful marketing strategies Duane came up with. This is a major reason the agents we work with are receiving qualified insurance leads at $.50 to a $1.50 per lead.

Melissa Freeman - President

Melissa holds a masters degree in clinical psychology with a concentration in research. She is also currently in the doctoral program for industrial and organizational psychology. Her specialty includes: hiring and training company staff, assessing and analyzing employee performance and satisfaction, implementing workspace and policy improvements, and conducting consumer research to improve marketing strategies. Her customer behavior studies for the company include: Assessing customer satisfaction and conducting studies about why people purchase goods or services and presenting these findings in order to provide our clients with the industry's most superior training.
