Carol was born and raised in Isabella County and graduated from Shepherd High. She has two wonderful children Nicole and Derek Farnan and a wonderful daughter in law, Louise Farnan. She also has 2 beautiful grand daughters Nikayla & Gloria who she adores very much. After attending Davenport University going after her Associates degree in Accounting, Carol decided that her love and passion served elsewhere, and that was in Real Estate. She has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2000. Carol is a people person, and will do whatever it takes to go above and beyond to make her clients happy. Working sales all of her life, truly shows her love for working with the public.
She served as a Board of Directors member over the years, serving various committees for Central Michigan Association of Realtors. I was born and raised in the Central Michigan area. I have always worked in customer service including 13 years of an in-home daycare. In 2020 I decided to make a change so I started my career in Real Estate. I still wanted to help families and have always had an interest in real estate so I took the leap and couldn't be happier with my decision.
Since then I have closed 100's of deals with a team initially and then independently. I enjoy working with first time home buyers that need a little extra help in the process and seasoned buyers and sellers as well.
