The North Texas Foster Care Consortium is a coalition of organizations and individuals committed to improving the well-being of children who are in out-of-home care and at risk of removal... The original steering committee, with representatives from Dallas CASA, DFPS, Our Community Our Kids, and the Rees-Jones Center for Foster Care Excellence, has evolved into a board-led organization with a well-defined committee structure.
