Aaron co-leads the Diversity practice at True, specializing in placing DE&I executives and helping companies diversify their workforce. Aaron is also a member of the Financial Services practice, focusing on placing investment professionals, operating partners and talent and human capital leaders.
Prior to joining True, Aaron served as a member of the financial services, private equity and diversity practices at Heidrick & Struggles. He began his career with The Sanneh Foundation and served as the founder and director of the DreamLine Corps program.
Aaron graduated from Santa Clara University with a finance degree and competed as a Division 1 soccer athlete while at SCU. He currently serves as a board advisor to AboveBoard and a board director for the LEARN Charter School Network.
Aaron's current and former clients include: Insight Partners, IVP, The Vistria Group, Redfin, GoGuardian, TPG, First Round Capital, General Catalyst, JPMorgan Chase and D.E. Shaw.
Aaron Rouza joined True as one of the first dedicated search professionals within the Finance practice, and has focused exclusively on CFO and VP finance work for high-growth technology businesses during his tenure. He has placed finance executives at premier enterprise and consumer technology businesses across North America and EMEA, with an emphasis on working with B2B software/subscription businesses across all asset classes (venture, private equity and public). His relevant placements include post-series A finance executives through CFO's for multibillion dollar publicly-traded companies.
He has previously split time between NYC and San Francisco and currently helps lead True's New York finance practice team.
Before True, Aaron worked for Instart, an enterprise SaaS startup in Silicon Valley backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Kleiner Perkins. There, he held responsibilities across sales, operations and talent acquisition. Aaron is a Portland native and majored in economics at the University of Oregon, with an emphasis in econometrics.

Adrienne is a partner in True's Los Angeles office and is a member of the Finance practice. She focuses on CFO, controller, FP&A and IR searches and has covered a broad industry base including consumer, manufacturing, distribution, industrial, technology, media, financial services, retail and healthcare/life sciences.
Adrienne has experience working on more than 200 searches for companies of varying sizes and ownership structures. While many of her placements have been for middle market private equity backed companies, she has also conducted work for family owned, public and privately held companies.
Prior to joining True, Adrienne spent 16 years at Heidrick & Struggles serving in the financial officers and private equity practices. She started her career in search by leading another national firm's research department.
A native to Los Angeles, Adrienne graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in physical anthropology and psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Agata brings extensive experience both as an executive search professional and as a senior operating executive with full P&L responsibility for publicly traded and PE backed organizations. Her combination of commercial as well as search experience make her uniquely positioned to help identify today's best talent.
She helps companies from startups to multibillion-dollar global public entities recruit CEOs, Presidents, board directors, COOs and other C-level leaders who will have a lasting impact. Agata is also the co-Head of our Tech Platforms Sector.
Over the course of her career, Agata has developed global experience spanning the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Agata formerly worked for Korn Ferry conducting C-suite searches and leading the international expansion of their healthcare services' practice. Agata also serves on an advisory board of a PE backed fashion company.

Growing up in the restaurant and hotel business, Alan developed a passion about all things food, travel and hospitality. At True he specializes in leading recruiting assignments for restaurants, hospitality, entertainment, and food/beverage companies.
Alan joined True with ten years of executive search experience at Heidrick & Struggles and Russell Reynolds. Prior to that, he led businesses at P&G, Heinz, and General Mills as well as marketing at American Express and OPUS, a leading real estate developer.
Alan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and german from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School.

Prior to joining True, Alejandra worked in learning and development for MIRROR. Before that, Alejandra took on multiple roles during the growth of 305 Fitness, a dance cardio company located in NYC, including being an instructor for their strength classes.
Alejandra graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in acting.
Alex is a senior associate in the CEO & Board practices and is based in True's New York office.
Prior to joining True, Alex was an associate at AlphaSights, an information services firm. She assisted asset management clients in their investment due diligence by connecting them with senior-level executives across various industries for short-term consultations for them to gain subject matter expertise.
Alex graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2018 with a degree in human and organizational development.
Alex leads True's APAC business and specialises in leadership searches for internet, software and fintech investments of leading venture capital firms. Prior to joining he ran his own boutique search firm in Singapore. At True he and his team play two main roles: supporting international clients with their APAC leadership hires and helping Asian companies attract experienced talent from more mature markets.
He brings over ten years of executive search experience, including five years at Korn Ferry within the technology practice. Alex has been in Asia for six years having previously lived in London and San Francisco.
Alex is a proud father of identical twin girls and has a strong passion for all things sport; in particular tennis, skiing, football.
Alex is a principal in True's London office. He is a member of the Product, Data and Technology International practice and has a functional expertise in the data domain.
Prior to joining True, Alex worked at Campbell North in London and led their global data science practice. There he focused on helping private equity funds hire data focused investment professionals and VC-backed startups hire data science, analytics and machine learning leadership talent.
Alex graduated from Northumbria University where he earned a bachelor's degree in sports management and played for the universities men's hockey team. In his spare time, he is a keen cyclist/runner and terrible golfer.

Prior to True, he worked as a product manager at an EdTech startup in New Delhi, India. In this role, he guided the development of a platform to help educators easily create, administer and analyze student assessments. Alex began his career as a corps member with Teach For America, where he taught 5th grade math in Harlem, New York.
Alex graduated from Bowdoin College, where he majored in earth and oceanographic science and was captain of the varsity squash team. He also holds a master's degree in general childhood education from the Relay Graduate School of Education. In his free time, you can find Alex on the squash court, teaching himself to play guitar or planning his next trip abroad.

Alex is the Chief Executive Officer at Alkami. Shootman brings to Alkami more than 20 years of executive leadership experience growing and scaling enterprise software companies across multiple industries.
Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Workfront, where he more than doubled revenue over a five-year period by repositioning the company from a departmental project application to an enterprise application platform. Prior to joining Workfront, Shootman served as President of Apptio and before that, he was President of Eloqua and a member of the team that helped bring Eloqua to a successful public offering. Shootman has also held executive leadership positions with Vignette, TeleTech, BMC Software, and IBM.
In his free time Alex can usually be found trying to convince his legs that they really don't hurt on a road bike or running trail, admiring the view from a 14er in Colorado, or down on a reef in his home state of Hawaii. That is if his four kids leave him any free time.

Alison Finn is a partner in True's Boston office and leads executive placements across the life sciences ecosystem. She has a successful track record of recruiting across a diverse set of functions and through VC-backed, PE-backed and publicly-held organizations.
Alison joined True from a boutique executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she partnered with innovative organizations seeking to innovate and scale across biopharmaceuticals, diagnostics and medical devices. Previously, Alison began her career at Boston Scientific in marketing for its endoscopy business unit, and at Becton Dickinson in corporate communications.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese from the College of the Holy Cross.

Prior to joining True, Alison spent more than ten years in the art and luxury sector working in management and financial roles. Most recently, Alison was general manager of the private sales division at Sotheby's Auction House.

Alison leads searches for image-driven consumer products, retail and fashion, and hospitality businesses with a particular expertise in beauty and personal care. Alison came to True after 14 years at Herbert Mines Associates, where she was a managing director. Prior to that, she was a principal at Heidrick & Struggles, where she spent seven years within the consumer, chief marketing officer, and PE practices. Earlier in her career, Alison was a marketing executive in the personal care industry, where she managed core businesses for leading global companies such as L'Oreal and Estee Lauder. Prior to business school, she was a marketing executive in the banking industry.

Prior to joining True, Alyssa focused on the expert network market and driving business and sales to major private equity and venture capital firms.
Outside of work, Alyssa is a big foodie and spends a lot of her time traveling and is a foodie who enjoys trying different foods.
Amy is a Partner in True's global Financial Services practice, working with institutional and publicly listed clients. She brings nearly twenty years experience in leading CxO, SVP and VP level searches across the COO, CTO, CIO, CISO and CDO domain.
She is currently based in London, but spent seven years in Hong Kong and New York partnering with companies across both regions.
Prior to joining True, Amy worked for a global boutique firm which specialized in providing executive search and talent advisory services to financial services companies. Having grown to lead the firm's global wholesale financial services CIO / CTO practice, Amy then expanded her remit; partnering with professional services clients (consulting, strategy and advisory) at the partner, managing director and senior functional leadership levels.

Brad is co-CEO and founder of True, a global platform of human capital products and services with offices in North America, EMEA and APAC. Before founding True, Brad built and sold IronHill Partners, a national retained search firm that became one of the fastest growing in the U.S. within a five-year period. Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles (NASDAQ: HSII) acquired IronHill in 2008, at which point Brad joined the firm as a partner in the venture capital and technology practice. Cam was a marketing executive at PepsiCo and the National Basketball Association and the founder of an arts-based non-profit. In the early years of True Advance (formerly Bleeker), Cam moonlighted as a research affiliate with the MIT Media Lab's Social Computing group. Cam was born in Bermuda and received his MS in strategic communication from Columbia University, and an AB in English from Princeton University.
He currently lives in Montclair, NJ with his wife (Lorissa), thirteen-year-old son (Dexter) and eleven-year-old daughter (Jaeger).

Most recently, Evan was EVP and chief people officer at Ancestry, the world leader in both genealogy and consumer genomics, with 1600 employees world-wide. As a member of the seven person executive leadership team, Evan helped guide the privately held company through a period of tremendous growth by finding, developing and retaining amazing talent-and ensuring a fantastic culture.
Before Ancestry, Evan spent five years as SVP of people at Box, a public cloud content management software company. As Box's chief people officer he was responsible for scaling the company from-$50M to-$500M in revenue and 400 to 1700 employees in 14 countries. He was a member of the senior executive leadership team that took the company public in 2015. Prior to Box, Evan was Hewlett-Packard's chief talent officer, where he was responsible for the largest technology company in the world's diverse global talent. Specific responsibilities included executive recruiting, talent management, career development, performance management, diversity and inclusion, executive development, and talent data sciences.
Previously Evan spent four years as head of global leadership development at Google. He created and grew the function and was responsible for leadership development globally and cross-functionally, leading a team that built a variety of programs, courses and development opportunities for Googlers to improve their leadership mindset, skills and behaviors, and enable the company's rapid growth and ground-breaking innovation.
Before Google, Evan was the director of the graduate leadership program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. In this role he was responsible for all of the leadership development activities for the school's 1,600 M.B.A.s, taught the core course in leadership and teamwork, and ran the school's experiential leadership learning program, the Wharton Leadership Ventures. He was also associate director of the Center for Leadership and Change Management.
Prior to his role at Wharton, Evan worked on the merger of New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, which resulted in the creation of the largest hospital in the country. There he was responsible for cultural integration of the two entities, and the creation and delivery of the hospital's leadership development program. His early career was in entertainment, during which he worked for Saturday Night Live, Late Show with David Letterman, and the Gersh talent agency. Evan grew up in Soho, New York City.

Gil Cosnett is responsible for internal recruitment in North America and developing True's talent initiatives. As one of its original employees, Gil is an active proponent of True's strong culture and opportunities for growth.
Gil previously was a principal at Foundation Talent, playing a strategic role in searches across product, engineering and marketing functions for companies in the high-growth technology space. Some of his clients included: jet.com, LOLA and TCV. Prior to joining Foundation, Gil spent time working in corporate sales at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Jackie joined True in 2015 to implement the human resources infrastructure needed to keep pace with the fastest growing business in the industry. Since then, Jackie has scaled the HR strategy and function through True's continued global scale and business maturity; she now oversees HR operations, total rewards, employee relations, compensation and benefits and compliance. Jackie began her career in HR following her undergraduate studies at Rutgers University and later received a master's degree in HR development from Villanova University.

Jay's career includes work as a mechanical engineer in the alternative-energy space, various structuring and management roles in fixed-income derivatives and investment banking, and as a research affiliate in the Social Computing group at the MIT Media Lab.

Jennifer joined Smartsheet, a leading SaaS platform that enables organizations, teams and individuals achieve more, in September 2016 as their CFO where she leads finance, IT, procurement and facilities. Prior to Smartsheet she was the CFO of Quotient Technology, (formerly Coupons.com) a publicly traded company in the digital coupons space. For three years, she also served as VP finance for Box Inc., a leading content management company, where she was responsible for helping the founders scale the company and prepare for a successful IPO.
From 2003 to 2012, Jennifer held various positions at eBay Inc., a global e-commerce and payments company including vice president (VP) and treasurer, VP financial planning and analysis and VP investor relations. She also ran their first finance leadership development program. Jennifer has received numerous recognitions during her career. She was recognized by Treasury and Risk Management Magazine from 2006 through 2009 as one of the "100 Most Influential People in Finance". In 2011, she was ranked #1 investor relations professional in the internet industry by Institutional Investor by Sell Side analysts. In 2017, she received the honorable Puget Sound Business Journal CFO of the year award.
Prior to joining eBay, Jennifer spent three years at Cisco Systems Inc. where she was a director in treasury both in Ireland and the U.S. and more than ten years at Sara Lee Corporation in finance roles of increasing responsibility including three years in the Netherlands. She started her career as an analyst at Merrill Lynch for two years prior to attending business school.
Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and Bachelor of Arts degree in communication and french from Vanderbilt University. In her free time Jennifer enjoys spending time adventuring with her family and friends.
Joe is co-CEO and founder of True, a global platform of human capital products and services with offices in North America, EMEA and APAC. He is responsible for setting the firm's strategic direction and overseeing the management of its subsidiary brands.
A True founder, Josh joined in starting True because he recognized his clients need for a firm focused on transparency, data and a collaborative approach. He also believes in building strong relationships with up and coming talent and established leaders in today's disruptive technology companies.
Josh has served True in many roles over the years including, GM of North America search, head of the CEO/Board practice and launched our client services initiative. He has also helped with the continued development of our platform strategy and product roadmap.

Kate also leads and expands the reach of True's executive search business and broader platform of talent management products and services throughout EMEA and APAC.
Throughout her career, Kate has managed global teams in leadership roles across a range of industries; from financial services, data science, consumer behavior measurement to industrials. She has a proven track-record for transformational results, and sets herself apart with her ability to connect and bring the best out of people.
Kate was formerly CFO of the EMEA region and global COO of finance at BlackRock. Her combined work in these two roles enabled her to drive world-class strategic business partnership between finance and the commercial, operations and regulatory teams. Kate also spent close to a decade creating, upgrading and running global investor relations departments at two iconic brands: Nielsen and Stanley Black & Decker. She was named to the 2011, 2012 and 2015 Institutional Investor All-America Executive Teams for Investor Relations Professionals.

Leanne is trained in co-active leadership and adaptive leadership. She is a Cornell Tech MBA team coach and regularly contributes to the Forbes Coaches Council on leadership and the future of work. Leanne lives in Austin, Texas with her fiance, enjoys globetrotting and hosting nerdy game nights with friends.
As general counsel and corporate secretary, Matt is responsible for oversight of all legal and compliance matters across True's global businesses. Matt leads corporate governance, strategic transactions, and contracting, while partnering with HR, finance, and other True teams to ensure compliance and manage risk, while promoting innovation and growth.
Prior to joining True, Matt spent 20 years as vice president in the Comcast NBCUniversal corporate law department, leading dozens of M&A, financing and technology transactions for the company's diverse global businesses. He also managed a legal operations team that ensured the efficient and effective operation of Comcast's law departments. Matt began his career in the corporate department at the Latham & Watkins law firm and later joined Ballard Spahr in Philadelphia before being recruited in-house at Comcast.
While home during Covid, Matt developed a mergers & acquisitions class aimed at developing business-focused lawyers, and he teaches this course at Penn Law School as an adjunct professor. Matt is based out of True's headquarters in Haddonfield, New Jersey. He and his wife have two daughters who are currently in college and grad school.

Nemo specializes in creating value through building data products and executing initiatives using advanced quantitative strategies. At True he is responsible for building and nurturing the company's comprehensive data and analytics strategy across business units and joint ventures. Prior to True, Nemo held various data leadership roles at Alegeus (a Vista portfolio company), Lyft and Red Oak Sourcing (a joint venture between CVS and Cardinal Health). He began his career as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting.
Nemo received his Master of Business Administration degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, specializing in decision sciences, Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Bryant University.

Nick is the general manager of Core Tech at Twitter. Previously he was chief product officer at Looker (acquired by Google) and VP of engineering at Reddit. He also spent 13 years at Microsoft, culminating in a role as general manager of the Power BI product family where he rapidly transformed the company's business intelligence suite.
Nick holds a degree in computer science and electrical engineering from MIT and a Master of Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley Haas. Nick is also a board member for /dev/color, a non-profit whose mission is to maximize the impact of Black software engineers.
Nick is a native of Prince George's County Maryland, but is happy to call San Francisco home.

Porter Braswell is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Jopwell, a platform that helps Black, Latinx and Native American student and professionals for career advancement.
Porter started his career at Goldman Sachs on the foreign exchange desk where he met Ryan Williams. In 2014, the two left Wall Street to create Jopwell together. Under Porter's leadership, Jopwell has formed partnerships with more than 400 of America's leading companies and has facilitated tens of thousands of connections between the Jopwell community members and its clients.
Porter has received numerous awards for his thought leadership: Fast Company's "100 Most Creative People In Business;" Inc. Sam has a diverse background that combines expertise in sales, operations and risk management. He is a transformational leader whose career spans across investment banking and military service. Prior to joining True, Sam was based in Singapore, at Standard Chartered, where he held a number of sales leadership roles, and most recently was head of non-financial risk for the Wholesale Bank globally.
Before moving into banking, Sam was a distinguished Paratroop officer, leading elite military teams across multiple tours of Iraq and Afghanistan. He is a best selling fitness author, holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Coaching.
