The Ghana Association of Medical Herbalists (GAMH) is the sole professional organization for qualified Medical Herbalists in Ghana. GAMH was instituted in 2008 after the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology started the BSc Herbal Medicine programme to train competent Herbal Medical Practitioners. GAMH is the leading authority when it comes to the field of herbal medicine practice and products... Our members go through continued professional training as a requirement to stay registered. The title MGAMH after a Practitioner's name should treasure you that a practitioner has met and continues to meet our high standards. We offer guidance and support to all herbal medicine institutions across Ghana as well as media education.
