GB Group was formed in 2004 in Italy by Giacomo Baldi to provide culinary consulting and sales services to Italian food manufacturers for Middle East, Africa, Australia, Singapore, Canada and USA markets. Meanwhile, as a restaurant consulting, Baldi worked side by side with Tuscan entrepreneurs opening 4 restaurants in 3 years. To better manage the North American market, GB Group USA was formed in 2010. 4 years later, Baldi became a reference person for the Italian food scene collaborating with the major Italian food manufacturers. Today GB Group USA is divided in two departments, Sales & Branch Management and market research. Since 2010, GB Group USA with its office in Miami manages the whole US and Canada markets.
