Heather has had a career in forensics since 2004. Her diverse educational background has served her well and given her a unique insight into automation, process management, and analysis. She has served in a multitude of capacities including IT/security, training and many technical and administrative roles within the laboratory. During her career, Heather's extensive experience in laboratory processes and integrating technology has added to workflow efficiency.

Dr. Valerie Mattimore Fuller has an extensive background in DNA analysis with over 20 years of experience including research, cultivating lab efficiency, quality standards evaluation and implementation, validation and training of analysts worldwide. She has helped countless international laboratories achieve ISO17025 accreditation and continues to advise and consult to help solve cases in multiple countries. Throughout her career she has worked with public, private and government agencies. Valerie is constantly striving to improve laboratory efficiency processes and implement the highest quality procedures possible.
