The MFL has been a long running youth program in central Iowa. The program welcomes teams from all over central Iowa. The teams are organized be school affiliation. The teams are youth from 1st grade through 6th grade. The league helps prepare the youth in learning the basics about football. The youth are then better prepared when they enter middle school football.
